My Club Account
After listening to feedback from the membership requesting a method for registering and paying for events online, your General Committee has introduced My Club Account.
My Club Account is the Club's new online events and ticketing system. By using this portal you will be able to book, pay and register for all Club events. This third party site recognises your membership status and is automatically linked to your membership record however it will require you to login and confirm your details before you can begin using it (just as Paypal or other event websites such as Eventbrite, for example).
Once set up, it is really easy to use, available 24/7 and will avoid people having to wait for the office staff to process your event bookings.
Are you registered?
To see if you are already registered for My Club Account then please click the image below.
You will be prompted to enter your email address, if it is recognised on the system then a reset password link will be sent to your chosen email address. If your email address is not recognised then you will be prompted to register your details.
Logging in
Once you are familiar with your login details we recommend you select the option "Remember me". This will speed up the booking process in the future as it will automatically direct you to the appropriate booking pages.
Loggin in on an android devise or iphone/ipad will require you to locate the login option by selecting the menu option in the top, left corner of the page (highlighted in red in the image below).
Once you are remembered on My Club Account, you will be able to click any booking link from the Club's website and be sent directly to the appropriate booking page.
Booking Online
If you would rather not be remembered on the site then you will need to login each time you visit. You can still follow the links from our Club website however after completing the login screen you will be sent to your My Club Account home page rather than the individual event pages:
You will then need to click on "Events & Ticketing" in the menu on the left hand side to bring up the bookable events programme.
Once you find the event you require please select book now. The system will automaticall recognise your membership and therefore booking status from the login so it will only show you events and prices related to you.
You will be asked to enter the number of tickets you require:
Select "Add Tickets" and then you will be asked to register any additional event information: For race entry this will involve boat details for social this could include social / dietary requirments. Areas in red are compulsory questions.
The select Add to Cart at the bottom of the screen. This will add your purchase to your basket where you will then be asked for payment details.
