Board Game Club – Fancy a Game and Some Good Company?

Launching Monday 19th October 2026 | From 1800

We're delighted to announce the launch of our brand new Board Game Club at the Royal Lymington Yacht Club!

Looking for something different to do on a Monday evening? Whether you enjoy a little friendly competition, love discovering new games or simply fancy meeting fellow Members over a drink, our new Board Game Club is the perfect opportunity.

Everyone is welcome! Whether you're a regular board gamer, completely new to the hobby, coming along on your own or joining us with friends, we'll help everyone find a table and get a game going.

What Can You Play?

We've already put together a fantastic starting collection of games, with something to suit different interests and experience levels.

Our current collection includes:

• Catan

• Ticket to Ride: Europe

• Survive the Island

• Farms Race

• Exploding Kittens

• Imhotep – The Duel

• Monopoly Deal

• Race Around the World

Whether you fancy building settlements in Catan, racing across Europe in Ticket to Ride or enjoying the fast-paced chaos of Exploding Kittens, there's plenty to choose from!

And don't worry if you've never played a particular game before. Part of the fun is learning something new, and there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved.

Good Games, Good Food and Great Company

Of course, no Club evening would be complete without something delicious to eat!

We're offering an optional Pie & Drink deal for just £10, perfect for enjoying alongside an evening of games.

There's absolutely no requirement to purchase food to attend. You're more than welcome to simply come along, grab a drink and join in the fun.

Help Us Grow Our Games Collection!

We've made a great start with our collection, but we'd love to expand the range of games available for everyone to enjoy.

If you have any board games at home that are no longer being used and are looking for a new home, we'd be very grateful for any donations to help grow the Club's collection.

From family favourites to strategy games and quick party games, we'd love to give them a new lease of life at the Club.
